10am Dana + second shooter arrive at girls' getting ready location to photograph bride + groom's personal wedding details (gown, shoes, rings, invitation suite, jewelry, cufflinks, tie, etc) and girls getting ready
11:45am Second shooter arrives at guys' getting ready location to photograph groom + groomsmen getting ready
12/12:15pm Bride gets into her gown
12:30 Guys head to church for ceremony; second shooter goes with them to photograph ceremony details
1:15pm Girls head to church for ceremony
2pm Ceremony
3pm Family formals taken at the church (if desired)
3:30pm Travel from church to Sanctuary
4pm Wedding party photos
4:30pm Bride + groom portraits
5pm Cocktail hour to be covered by second shooter; Dana to photograph reception details at this time
6pm Reception begins
7:45pm Optional sunset photos (sunset 8:07pm)
10pm Reception ends

As part of the process, I have put together a tentative photo timeline that is based on the wedding day experience you want to have. Please feel free to share this with your wedding planner once it is complete, so that they are able to incorporate our photo timeline into their master timeline.

If this proposal looks good and you're ready to book, please let me know. I will send over your contract, as well as an invoice for your retainer - which is 50% of your total investment. Once I receive the signed contract + retainer, you will be officially on the books!
